Here is a great home that is currently for sale up Emmigration Canyon. It has been completely remodeled down to the studs and finished off as a contemporary masterpiece. Some of the details of the remodel include radiant heated concrete floors and beautiful custom kitchen cabinetry. The lot that the home sits on is perhaps one of the best parts. Just three miles up Emmigration Canyon it is close to the city but feels completely isolated.     What a wonderful home! The pictures, I am sure, do not even do it justice. In this market would you consider a lease option? I am considering a move to Northern Utah and lived in the Canyon in the late ’70s. Love it…
